arrrived last night dec. 27 from a three week holiday in the philippines. as soon i saw snow on the ground and the air is a bit chilly, it feels good to be back.
i went to bed at 12:30am. and i was up at 3:30am. it looks like that i have adjusted my sleeping and waking hours from the philippine time. i promised today that i'm not going to take a nap or anything that will close my eyes for awhile until at night time.
it was the same scenario during my first night back home. i went to bed early that time and then the roosters started shouting their joy that another day has come. i got up and pressumed that it was 4am. i was wrong. it was only 2:30am. that is the part that i will surely miss waking up in the morning, the sound of the morning rooster rather than the radio clock that tells you the weather and traffic report.
another thing that i'm going to surely miss, the fresh fishes, vegetables and fruits that me and my brother always buy during the early morning escapade to the market. grilled or fried tilapia fishes, a good dinner combination with steam rice.
you don't have to worry about gaining weight because burning calories was an easy task. you don't really have to go the gym to take off that extra weight. the heat will do all those things for you. if you take an early am. shower, you are not only drying the excess water from your body but also the sweat from the heat.
i really like our four season. weather changes every 3 mos. and it really feels good to be back.....
